Terms of Service

These terms cover the Website Reviver website and my web design services. Website Reviver is a trading name of DKR Sales (ABN 63 824 596 227), based in Townsville, Queensland. "I", "me" and "my" refer to Website Reviver.

1. Free Video Audit

The Free Video Audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything.

2. Website Plans

Standard plan: $0 to build, then $100/month. Includes your website, hosting, security, updates and minor content changes (like text, images, prices and opening hours).

Free Website Offer: $0 to build, then $59/month. Available to the first 10 businesses only. Includes your website, hosting, security, updates and up to 2 small changes per month.

Larger changes, such as new pages or new features, will be quoted before any work begins.

3. Payments

Plans are billed monthly. If a payment is missed, I may take the website offline until it's paid.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by letting me know. Billing stops at the end of the current month, with no cancellation fees.

If you cancel within the first 12 months, the website design and build remain mine and the site will be taken offline.

After 12 months of paid service, you own the website outright. You can keep it with me, or I'll help you move it elsewhere.

5. What's Always Yours

Your domain name and your own content (your business name, logo, photos and text) always remain yours, even if you cancel early.

6. Your Content

You confirm you have the right to use any content you give me, such as photos, logos and text.

7. No Guarantee of Results

I'll always do my best to improve your website, but I can't guarantee specific search rankings, enquiries or business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from use of this website or my services. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Content

All content on this website is owned by DKR Sales unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
