What you do: Have a look at the live preview and tell me what you think. There's no commitment at this stage.
What I do: I build a live preview of your new site so you can see the difference before you decide to go ahead.
Timeframe: Your preview site is usually ready within 2–3 days of the audit.
Step 3: Smooth Transition
What you do: Let me know you're happy to go ahead, and send through any final changes.
What I do: I finalise the design and handle the launch, so you don't have to deal with the technical side.
Timeframe: Once you give the go-ahead, your site is usually live within 1–2 days.
Step 4: Total Peace of Mind
What you do: Email or text me when you need a change, such as new photos, updated hours or a new phone number.
What I do: I look after hosting, security, updates and small changes for a flat $100/month, with no lock-in contract.

How much does it cost?
My websites are free to build. After that, hosting and ongoing care is a flat $100 per month. For the first 10 small businesses it's $59 per month instead. There's no lock-in contract.
How long does it take?
Most video audits are sent within 24 hours. Your preview is usually ready 2–3 days after that, and once you approve it your site is usually live within 1–2 days, so about a week in total, depending on how quickly you review the preview.
Is hosting included?
Yes. The $100 per month covers your website, reliable hosting and ongoing care, including security and updates.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Day-to-day updates like a new staff photo, changed opening hours or a new phone number are included in your monthly fee. Major structural rebuilds and complex e-commerce stores aren't covered.
Do you support Townsville businesses locally?
Yes. I'm based in Garbutt and serve businesses from the CBD to the Northern Beaches. You deal directly with me, not an outsourced call centre.
